Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of food and spice products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, we do accept return or replacement requests in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect product
  • The product is missing from your order

2. Refund Policy

If your request is approved:

  • You will receive a replacement product or
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days

All refunds will be processed through the original payment method, including Razorpay.


3. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
  • Ensure the product is unused and in original condition

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.


5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used food products
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
